Often get a delivery from the shop, usually when staying in Preston nearby. Their food is ALWAYS good quality (fish is👌), chips nice and pie is a traditional pastry one, not a Pukka one with suet-style outer. Service always comes within the estimate time and staff are always friendly. Perhaps it because I am an occasional customer who gets lucky, but cannot fault the establishment's efforts. Anyway, worthy of top marks for good food at a proper takeaway price, not some fancy frills gastro/artisan place trying to disappear up its own backside that some places are becoming..... UPDATE..... Rang ahead yesterday (Thur 26 Oct 23) at lunchtime & one of the staff recommended phoning after 5.30pm to order. Brilliantly planned, my cod & chips arrived well within 45mins & a very generous portion of each, kept hot enough too. Consistently good quality food at a reasonable price, considering the C.O.L. & no doubt price of supply has crept up. Please keep doing what you do well...
